The sooner the better. Please aim for a minimum of two weeks notice to allow enough time for us to source specialist ingredients and materials.
For wedding cake enquiries please allow at least 3 months in advance.

No, we do not copy other people’s designs. However, we are happy to discuss your design inspirations and sketch something unique for you.

Yes, you can collect your order from East London. The location will be confirmed once full payment is received.
Alternatively, a delivery fee will be charged for orders (within London).
Please note: A mandatory delivery service fee* is required when ordering a wedding cakes (and celebration cakes 3 tiers or taller) via The Hope Filled Bakery.
*The fee includes the delivery and safe set up of the cake in the venue. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellence, which means you can enjoy your special day.

Yes, however, due to legal alcohol licensing requirements customers must purchase the alcohol elsewhere and provide it to us to complete the cake.

Whilst all of our cake flavours are delicious, we are known for our red velvet.
Similarly, our Swiss Meringue Buttercream is a favourite amongst our clients. Many people prefer this egg white based option to the much sweeter tasting American Buttercream.

Wrap the cake in clingfilm and store within an air tight container in the fridge. Remove from the fridge approx 2 hour before serving, to enjoy the fluffy cake texture.
Cakes and cupcakes should be eaten within 2-3 days.
Royal Icing Biscits should be stored at room temperature, within an air tight container and consumed within 3 days.
